Our clients are discerning people with busy lives who need some help to find a home. Often re-locating to a new area, our clients find the services of a local home finder an invaluable source of information about the area. We are constantly looking for the best properties with our ears to the ground, allowing us to find those special houses before they get snapped up. We have reliable up to date knowledge of the property market; that is our business.
The Search Process
- After an initial meeting or discussion, we will complete an in depth questionnaire detailing your property requirements. Then we begin the comprehensive search using our local knowledge and contacts. We personally view every suitable property, looking subjectively from a purchaser's view point, offering impartial advice on the property.
- We will compile a shortlist of suitable properties, along with further digital photographs (subject to the vendor's agreement), for you to view. We will arrange, and if you wish, accompany you on viewings and when you decide on the home for you we can negotiate on your behalf with the selling agent or direct with the vendor, ensuring the best possible price. For properties being marketed by an agent, we can also request a copy of the HIP (Home Information Pack), a document containing relevant information to the property such as local searches, copy of the title register and plan.
