West Country Property Consultants - Fees And Terms

An initial registration fee of £500 is payable upon commencement of the contract for a period of six months. This fee enables us to concentrate on a fewer number of serious clients assuring you of our commitment to your search. We spend considerable time and travel extensively to find the right home for you therefore the initial registration fee covers our costs only and is non-refundable.

We expect to find you your home within this period, however you may wish to instruct us to continue your search for a further three month period for a fee of £350.

Upon successful exchange of contracts of a property introduced by West Country Property Consultants, we will invoice you at 1% of the total purchase price, payable upon completion or within one month, whichever is the sooner. We will refund any initial registration fees at this stage.

Our fees for rental properties are an initial fee of £250 followed by one months rent upon taking up the tenancy.

There is currently no VAT charged on any fees.
